Refund Policy

Consultation Ticket ($15)
The $15 ticket provides access to an IMS consultation session and scholarship/university matching.
- Ticket validity: 48 hours after purchase
- Once consultation services are delivered, the ticket becomes non-refundable
Admission Processing Service
After consultation, users who meet eligibility requirements may apply for the admission processing service.
Application Processing Fee: $300
This fee covers:
- document verification
- university matching
- application preparation
- submission assistance
Outcomes and Refunds
If IMS Hub does not secure admission for the applicant:
- $150 will be refunded
- $150 is retained as administrative service cost
Successful Admission and Total Cost
If admission is successfully obtained:
- the student must pay the final service completion fee of $700
- Total service cost for successful admission: $1000
