  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation or submitted to the competent court in Xi'an, China.

  • Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
