Founded in 1983 and approved by the State Council, Guangdong University of Finance & Economics (GDUFE) has evolved from a bachelor-level finance college into a comprehensive, high-level university authorized to confer master’s and doctoral degrees, with a strong focus on economics, management, and law. Guided by its motto of Virtue, Assiduity, Enterprise, and Innovation, GDUFE emphasizes the integration of business and law, practical entrepreneurship, interdisciplinary education, and international collaboration, cultivating applied and innovative talents with global perspectives. Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship

• Amount: RMB 10,000 per year

• Eligibility: Qualified international students

• Application: Submit the application form (Attachment 4) together with all required documents

Notes: Can be applied for once per year; the scholarship amount cannot be directly deducted from tuition fees

Education Fund for Freshmen

• Amount: Up to RMB 20,000 per person

• Eligibility: Qualified undergraduate freshmen with all-round excellent performance

Notes:

• Not cumulative with the Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship

• Students awarded the 2025 Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship may receive a freshmen fund of RMB 10,000

Masters Scholarships

Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship

• Amount: RMB 20,000

• Eligibility: Qualified international students

• Application: Complete the application form (Attachment 4) and submit it together with all required documents

Notes:

• The scholarship can be applied for once per year

• The scholarship amount cannot be directly deducted from tuition fees

Education Fund for Freshmen

• Amount: RMB 30,000

• Eligibility: Qualified undergraduate freshmen with all-round excellent performance

Notes:
