I. President’s Scholarship, Taihu Scholarship

Established by Jiangnan University, the President’s Scholarship is mainly used to reward international students, once every academic year, who have good academic performance and have been exempted from tuition fees backed by various scholarships, while the Taihu Scholarship is mainly used to reward international students who come to study at their own expense and have excellent academic performance. Under the above two scholarships, there are academic awards and individual awards that focus on the ones that boast outstanding performance in study, research, Chinese language, cultural and sports activities, academic exchanges, voluntary services and cross-cultural practices.

II. Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship

Established by the People’s Government of Jiangsu Province, the scholarship is awarded once every academic year, which aims at the international students with good academic performance and outstanding overall performance, and is divided into according levels for postgraduate and undergraduate students.

III. Gong Tiecheng Scholarship

Established by the Wuxi Overseas Friendship Association, this scholarship is awarded once every academic year. It is mainly used to reward undergraduate international students, who are from countries following the “Belt and Road” Initiative, with excellent academic performance and outstanding overall performance.

IV. Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank Scholarship

Established by the Cultural and Educational Foundation of Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, the scholarship is awarded once every academic year. It is mainly used to reward first-year outstanding Cambodian undergraduates.
