Ocean University of China

Ocean University of China (OUC) is a prestigious comprehensive university directly under China's Ministry of Education, renowned for its distinctive strength in oceanography and fisheries. It holds a position among China's top-tier higher education institutions, being a member of the national "Project 211," "Project 985," and the "Double First Class" initiative, with its selection in 2017 for Class A of China's strategy to build world-class universities.

OUC International Student Scholarship

The OUC Scholarship Program is established by the Ocean University of China (OUC) and consists of two categories: the Excellent Student Scholarship and the Special Scholarship.

• The Excellent Student Scholarship is awarded to newly enrolled, outstanding self-financed international students at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.

• The Special Scholarship is available to current international students who are already studying at OUC.

Excellent Student Scholarship Details

First-Class Scholarship

• Covers tuition fees, on-campus accommodation, and comprehensive medical insurance for international students during the standard academic period.

• Includes a living stipend provided for 10 months each academic year.

Second-Class Scholarship

• Covers tuition fees, on-campus accommodation, and comprehensive medical insurance for international students during the standard academic period.

Third-Class Scholarship

• Covers tuition fees and comprehensive medical insurance for international students during the standard academic period.
