Delete your account
You can permanently delete your IMS Scholarships account and associated data.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to the IMS Hub mobile app.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app
Email info@imsscholarships.com from the address associated with your account and ask for account deletion. We may request limited information to verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.
What deletion does
Deletion removes or de-identifies your account, profiles, conversations, Connect content, and application data from active systems. We may retain limited transaction, consent, security, moderation, fraud-prevention, dispute, or application records when required by law or needed to complete an existing obligation. Residual encrypted backups expire through their normal rotation.
A subscription billed through an app store may need to be cancelled separately in that store. IMS attempts to cancel an active Stripe subscription before deleting the account.
